I'm so sorry for not updating in so long.
I'm alive and well XD
What was behind this prolonged silence was partly RL happenings (studying, best friend's birthday etc...) and partly the usual laziness that hits me every single year in the spring.
I kept waiting to have something interesting to post about that wasn't RL-related but alas... nothing came to mind.

Unless you guys are interested in me flailing over Yanagi+Endo or Yanagi+Takiguchi Yukihiro XD

Well... I have to comment about the last one at least :P
I seriously have to wonder what got into that boy, no kidding. Far from me to complain about it, but 2 posts in 2 days professing his love for Yanagi? xDDD

(The second one cracked me up. According to my faithful enabler translator Yanagi just showed up to greet Takki at a 3-way interview Takki was having with Kiriyama and Trystan. xD
This is what happens when you gush about him the day before: he thinks it's fair game to stalk you! xDDD ).
In a way it's cute how Takki says he wishes he could work one day on stage with Yanagi... maybe it'll happen!
For now Yanagi scored another leading role for a stage play in August tho >D


Anyway folks, how are you?
I've tried to keep up at least with my F List as much as I could, but if I missed something or you wish to let me know anything, fire away! ^o^

Today was a national holiday.
I was supposed to spend the day boring myself to tears with my parents at home, since my BF was trying to get some much needed sleep after starting her job (I'm meeting her tomorrow evening with some of the other girls for pre-dinner drinks).

Instead I decided to take up on the out-of-the-blue invite I got yesterday from one of my jap classmates and went out for lunch with her.
We were supposed to eat chinese with a friend of hers, but we ended up having an extra guy and eating japanese :P
It was fun!
They're pretty laid back, and 2 of them share my love for japanese things, obviously XD

Somehow lunch turned into an 'all day hanging out' experience with basically ALL of her friends showing up.
We just sat at a bar and drank ginseng iced tea and talked about italian anime openings XDDD
It was refreshing, since none of my friends give a crap about anime or japanese things in general. I can't talk to any of them about the stuff I talk about on here... I told them about my japanese course and they looked at me funny with a face that clearly said 'Why?' before switching to a different topic XD

It was different talking with people who actually understand what I'm talking about and sometimes even know more than me about it XD


Still, I'm glad I'll see my small group again tomorrow.
It's been too long since we managed to be all free to meet. And Elena graduated uni recently so we'll probably celebrate her :P

I'm so glad I went, she's so much fun!
I'm just bummed we had so little time to chat, but she's utterly adorable... and energetic XD

To meet umarekawareru, she's in Italy for a school trip.
I'm so excited!! :D

I thought it wasn't gonna happen until the end but I did manage to get tickets and make it work.
I'll leave tomorrow morning at 7AM and get to Rome at 1PM. We'll spend the afternoon together and then I'll catch the 6PM train back to Milan.
It's gonna be a Tour De Force but who cares, who knows when we'll have another chance to meet.

I'm filling up my iPod now with new songs (any suggestions? English/American or Japanese ones?).
I'll be armed with an Ann Rice novel for the train trip and bringing fangirling material for our meeting, as per Sonia request.
She wants me to try to convert her to the Yanagi Love, and who am I to say no to that? >D

Anyway, I won't be around tomorrow. You kids behave yourselves! :P

Finally this weekend is over!
Not that I'm looking forward to the week to come, but that's a story for another time.

Yesterday I visited my grandparents on dad's side. Usually we stay there for around 2 hours and get home by 5-6PM.
Yesterday I came home at 8:30PM.
Why?
Long story.
When I got this laptop I gave grandpa my old pc. That thing finally broke down for good yesterday.
And I had to go with dad to buy him anew one RIGHT AWAY O__O
I've never had a new computer right away, not even when it broke down in the middle of my preparations for the exam in Informatics! But I had to go buy a new one immediately for the man who uses it only to log onto YouTube and watch music videos =_=
And of course I had to stay there and install the full thing, internet and various softwares included. A day I really want to forget. Lol!

Today was good though :D
I don't know how many of you know, but Milan is going to host the Expo in 2015 (and I hope lots of you will choose to visit by then :P ).
Today the city celebrated big time :D
There were various shops open, stands of sellers from all over Italy, and among other things various ethnic groups living in Milan showed up in their typical costumes.

After that, we went to visit my cousins and celebrated the youngest' birthday.
He's turning 8 this Tuesday. Time flies ;___;

All in all it was a good weekend, but I'm glad to finally have some time for myself again ^^

My japanese class got postponed cause our teacher has health issues and has doctor orders for mandatory rest... I hope she'll be ok.

In completely unrelated, non-fangirling news... I forgot my teapot on the gas this afternoon, while cleaning the house.

I didn't pass the 2 written tests that would allow me to take my last university exam.
For the second time.
I still have to find out if I didn't pass one or both, but it's not important since I have to re-take them both, jolly rules of my university.

Right now the idea of packing everything and running away sounds mighty appealing.
The idea of telling my parents... is something I don't want to face but will have to. Tonight?
No, better to phone them maybe in the afternoon but still...
Here goes my hope of finishing with everything before the end of the year.
And my projects for a course of japanese for April.
I wanted to get infos on the TOEFL and give the exam, but even that will have to wait.

But those are smaller worries.
What worries me is that I have to tell my freaking psycho parents! -_-

Well, tomorrow we'll build and organize our stand, then the actual fair will start on Thursday and wrap up on Sunday.
But as usual the schedule will be insane (Friday it'll be open from 9AM to 10:30PM -_-), so I don't think I'll have much time to be online until Monday.
I'll check emails but I won't be able to keep up with you guys, I'm sorry.

My parents went grocery shopping and had the nice thought of bringing me back a Sushi-California rolls plate for lunch.
